Refunds & Returns Policy – Art Corner
At Art Corner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for store credit or a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories included.
- Items must have no visible damage or signs of usage.
Faulty or Defective Products (Out-of-Box Failures)
- If your item is faulty upon arrival, we will arrange for collection and provide a replacement as soon as possible.
- Refunds for faulty products may take up to 4 weeks if the item needs to be tested before being restocked.
Non-Refundable Items
- Specially ordered stock or custom-designed items cannot be refunded.
Returns for Non-Faulty Products
- If a product is returned as faulty but is deemed to be in working condition by the supplier, the customer will be responsible for both-way shipping costs.
- Examples of “not faulty” conditions include:
- Simple fuse replacements
- Master resets
- Items that are fully functional upon testing
Processing Your Refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your store credit or refund to the original payment method.
- If testing is required, refunds may take up to 4 weeks to complete.
