• Our services are available exclusively to customers within South Africa.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• We guarantee the accuracy of product images and descriptions to the best of our ability.

• Prices are subject to change on a monthly basis due to supplier adjustments.

• In case of a pricing misprint, we reserve the right to cancel the order or revert the price to the correct amount. If an order is canceled due to a pricing error, a full refund will be issued.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made upfront before order processing begins.

• We use secure payment gateways and accept the following payment methods: EFT, Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal, and PayFast.

• Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.

4. Order Processing & Cancellations

• Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of checkout. After this period, the customer will be liable for shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity or stock unavailability.

• Products that are out of stock will be removed from the website until they become available again.

5. Intellectual Property

• All product images, descriptions, and content on our website are the property of our partnered suppliers.

• Customers are not permitted to use any images or content from our website for non-commercial purposes without explicit permission.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• Art Corner is not liable for any damages resulting from product misuse.

• All products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty; we do not provide additional guarantees beyond this.

• In the event of product damage, customers must return the product for repairs. Shipping costs for returns and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

• While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are only responsible for following up with couriers to fast-track the shipping process.

7. User Conduct & Restrictions

• Fraudulent activity, including false claims or chargebacks, is strictly prohibited.

• Abusive language or inappropriate content in product reviews will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to remove or moderate reviews that violate our policies.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Africa.

• All disputes shall be handled through arbitration before any further legal action is taken.
